These peppers are harvested, washed and inspected, then halved with stem, core, and seeds removed. They are then cut to size, blanched, individually quick frozen, inspected a second time, and packed!

Since they are IQF, they go from frozen to ready to eat in just minutes! Poke onto some skewers for perfect kabobs or bake then blend into a pasta sauce
